Side hilling wheels

 

A "rounded" track?    

There is no need for a rounded track. By having the bogie wheels positioned in the middle of the system, there is no leaning of resistance The track can easily flex on each side, keeping the traction on the ground, even on tight turns.

 

Free wheeling

With wheels positioned in the middle of the track, it's like a single wheel riding on a never ending carpet. Bogie wheels, instead of sliders, do no overheat on low or no snow conditions. This means you can ride the EXPLORER in summer time. Lots of fun in the sand especially.

Track attack angle

By moving the front of the bike up and back with the front ski adjustment, you change the track attack angle. this height adjustment (up to 4") gives better traction efficiency. The deeper the snow, the heigher the front ski adjustment to climb and float on snow. 

Twin axis

The SNOW HAWK's extraordinary handling device is integrated into the ski kit to optimize handling of you motorbike. When the motorbike is leaning, it keeps the ski flat on the ground up to 6°. Trust your ski and you'll "elbow" the snow! 

Snow tracker

This anti-darting device was especially developed for the SNOW HAWK's ski. The EWPLORER benefitd from 8 years of R&D by using the exact same ski. Your motorbike will go straight in any snow conditions. you have the control!

SPECIFICITIES

Floatability

A caterpillar of 11 1 / 2X109 has a surface on the ground of 575p2. It is the best to float. The studs of 1 ½ will give you the drive which you need to keep your motorcycle on and not in the snow. Large surface=light vehicule=floatability=less of power.

Distribution of weight

Easy nuts of access will allow you to adjust the caterpillar quickly of front to behind for an adequate drive according to the condition of the surface. Deep snow = front, snow hardened = back. This adjustment take less than one minute to be made.

Original pieces

The only piece to be removed from your motorcycle is the front brake. Everything lives there place and nothing affects the structure of your vehicle. You have only to remove wheels and to keep the brake, the disk of brake, the shock absorber and the oscillating arm.

Installation time

Every time you will change your wheels for the caterpillar, 30mn should be enough. Leave the disk of brake on the system and the links of the relayings-feet on the motorcycle and it will be also easy as to change your wheels.
